Guests will have an exclusive opportunity to taste and purchase pre-releases of McHenry Hohnen’s 2018 Single Vineyard Chardonnays - Hazel’s Vineyard, Burnside Vineyard and Calgardup Vineyard. Other wines featured on the day include back vintages of Hazel’s Vineyard Chardonnay and the 2016 Rolling Stone rated among the ”Best of the Best “ in James Halliday's 2021 Wine Companion.
The 4 course lunch includes grilled Shark Bay tiger prawns, chicken breast roulade, slow cooked Farm House Arkady Lamb shoulder and premium cheeses paired with McHenry Hohnen wines.
