How do I join?
You can join online or at our Cellar Door. To join online, please choose delivery frequency - two or four times a year and nominate any your wines in multiples of 6 for your standing order. Please note, you will receive your nominated wines during your club's next delivery month.
When will I receive my wines?
If you choose 2 deliveries per year, you will recieve your wine at the beginning of Summer and Winter annually.. Should you choose 4 deliveries yo will receive your wine at the beginning of each season. We will send you a reminder email 1 month prior to processing each club order. This allows time to check your details and change your nominated wines should you require.
Can I have my wines delivered now and can i place additional orders?
Yes. If you require wine prior to your club's next delivery, you can order and have them delivered immediately. Once you are a member, you will receive a 20% discount on purchases from our online wine shop and Cellar Door. Login to your account and club discounts will automatically apply. Please note, these additional orders do not count as part of your a Wine Club obligations.
How do I login to my account, make changes to my selections and update my details?
To log in to your account click on log in at the top of the McHenry Hohnen Home Page, enter username or email and your password. To make changes your details, select wine club, then the frequency (2 or 4 times per year) which you signed up for. Here, you will be able to change your wines, shipping address and credit card details etc.
How do I change my username and password?
To update your username or password, simply click the "Forgot your username or password" when logging into your members area. For those who joined at our Cellar Door your username will be the email address you provided though your password will need to be reset to ensure security.

Can I change my order?
Unfortunately once your order reaches fullfillment at the warehouse we will not be able to make changes, we will however provide you with ample notice to prompt you to update your order.
