Spring at McHenry Hohnen
2026 Rocky Road Rosé
Spring in Margaret River brings a welcome shift in the vineyard. The days stretch a little longer, fresh growth begins to appear and lighter, brighter wines start to find their way back into the glass.
Just in time for the new season, our 2026 Rocky Road Rosé has arrived.
Made from 100% Shiraz grown at our Calgardup Brook Vineyard, the wine is fresh and expressive, with aromas of raspberry, rose petals and nectarine, complemented by a silky texture and balanced natural acidity. Medium-bodied and light on its feet, it finishes bright and refreshing.

The Shiraz fruit was picked in the cool early hours of the morning before being gently pressed to tank and encouraged through a slow, cool fermentation.
Extended time on fine lees over winter helped build texture while preserving the freshness and natural acidity of the fruit. Bottled in August, it arrived at just the right time for the change of season.
The 2026 growing season was one of balance, with healthy vine growth, favourable spring conditions and a mild summer helping the fruit develop lifted aromatics, flavour intensity and freshness.
Made for the Warmer Months
