Located in a stunning rammed earth venue, Vintners is a celebration of Margaret River’s winemaking history and the next chapter for one of its founding families. With cosy indoor spaces, a beautiful garden, pétanque court, local beer and cocktails, and a warm, welcoming vibe, Vintners is as fancy or as casual as you want it to be.

Where Wine Leads and Food Follows
Our wine programme spans McHenry Hohnen’s full portfolio, from current releases to rare, museum wines — alongside a curated selection of regional icons and international stars from owner Murray McHenry’s personal cellar. Many of these are available by the glass, making world-class wines accessible to every guest.
In the kitchen, Head Chef Nicolas Delorme (ex-Cape Lodge, Wills Domain, Vincent Wine Bar) works with McHenry Farms lamb, estate-grown produce, and the best of the South West to deliver a seasonal, Mediterranean-influenced menu built for sharing.
Sustainable produce sourced from McHenry Farms
At McHenry Hohnen, provenance is everything and that extends well beyond the vineyard. Our wine bar and restaurant proudly showcases produce from the McHenry Farm, offering a true farm-to-table experience grounded in care, flavour and sustainability.
Much of the lamb and seasonal produce served here is grown just beyond the vines, where our estate farm is nurtured using the same regenerative principles that guide our biodynamic viticulture. From diverse cover crops and soil health to protected riparian zones and thriving remnant bushland, every element is managed to support a balanced, resilient ecosystem – one that feeds both land and palate.
