We ship all orders via Australia Post normal postal service directly from our Margaret River Warehouse. 

Standard Shipping Rates:

Free shipping on all orders over $250.
WA - $15 flat rate
All Other States - $25 flat rate

All goods ordered online will be delivered within 10 working days from the date order was processed. Wines are dispatched within up to 2 days of placing the order. Please note we cannot account for Australia Post delays, outside of our control.

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours, purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once processed you will receive an Australia Post delivery confirmation and tracking details.

During busy periods there may be a delays on your orders being dispatched.

Delivery must be made to the adult person who placed the order, or to another adult person at those premises who undertakes to accept it on behalf of the person who placed the order, if the delivery is not made on the same day as the order is taken or the sale is made, in accordance with the customer's instruction.

International Orders:

Returns Policy:

If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please let us know and we will contact Australia Post to resolve the issue as soon as we possibly can.

Please note that if you change your mind for any reason, we are unable to accept returns as we cannot guarantee the life or condition of the wine once it has been dispatched by our warehouse.
